Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 3333p

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 3333p website accessible at https://3333p.io, including all subpages, services, game lobbies, betting markets, account management functions, and any related mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places any wager or bet through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳. All account balances, transactions, and payouts on 3333p are processed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gaming event available on the Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet through before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Activity" means any action or omission described in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, arbitrage, and use of automated betting software.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or regulation include all amendments and successor provisions. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the 3333p Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times while a Player holds an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 3333p enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the Account will be suspended pending investigation and any winnings earned during the unverified period may be withheld.
• Residency: The Platform is intended for use by individuals based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and that doing so does not breach any law applicable to you.
• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on 3333p. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information. 3333p is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Player.
• Not Excluded: You must not have previously been self-excluded, banned, or had an Account terminated by 3333p for breach of these Terms & Conditions. Attempting to re-register following a self-exclusion period that has not formally concluded is a material breach of these terms.

3333p reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing a reason. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee Account approval. New accounts are subject to identity and age verification checks before full access to real-money features is granted.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 3333p will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or any other channel. If you receive a communication purportedly from 3333p requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

The following obligations apply to all Account holders at all times:

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 3333p Account that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 3333p immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, discover a security vulnerability, or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Keep your registered email address and contact details current so that 3333p can reach you regarding Account security alerts and important platform communications.

Any bet placed or transaction initiated while you are logged in to your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 3333p of a suspected Account compromise. 3333p accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

3333p employs SSL encryption across the entire Platform, password hashing using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms, brute force login detection, and automatic session timeouts following periods of inactivity. These technical measures supplement, but do not replace, your own responsibility to protect your Account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 3333p Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 3333p does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following conditions govern all payment activity on your Account:

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 3333p, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own daily transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance in real time.
• You may only fund your 3333p Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential Account suspension.
• 3333p reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used on the Platform as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes during peak Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) hours. Processing times outside peak hours may be longer.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

3333p offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all bonus activity on the Platform:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 3333p and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts, payment methods, or devices constitutes Prohibited Activity.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unplayed when the deadline passes will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. 6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 3333p Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the market, game, or event on which the bet is placed, as well as the following general rules:

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and the relevant event or game round has concluded, the result as settled by 3333p is final. Errors in the display of odds or results that are clearly typographical in nature may be corrected at 3333p's discretion within a reasonable timeframe after settlement.
• Insufficient Funds: A bet will only be accepted if your Account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time of placement. 3333p does not extend credit to Players.
• Odds and Pricing: Odds displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are binding. 3333p reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Abandoned or Suspended Events: In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before a settlement trigger is reached, 3333p reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts in accordance with the applicable sport-specific betting rules.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during a live event. Stakes on bets placed immediately prior to a suspension may, in certain circumstances, be voided if the event data stream confirms that the outcome triggering suspension had already occurred at the time of bet placement.
• Casino and RNG Games: All casino games, slots, and lottery products available on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios. Results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Player, 3333p, or any third party.

Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each relevant section of the Platform. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing any bet. Ignorance of applicable rules does not constitute grounds for the reversal of a settled result.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333p Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to the relevant authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any point during Account use, including impersonating another person or creating an Account on behalf of a third party without their express consent.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access the Platform using your Account credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including sharing information about hands in progress during live card games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human decision-making.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Exploiting price discrepancies between 3333p and other platforms, or using promotional offers in a systematic pattern that eliminates risk regardless of outcome, constitutes abuse of the promotional structure and is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or structuring transactions in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming service from 3333p. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback constitutes theft and will be pursued accordingly.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3333p Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, page layouts, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 3333p or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 3333p.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademark notices, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the 3333p brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by that studio's licensing arrangements with 3333p. 3333p does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333p's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3333p shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether 3333p had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages beyond 3333p's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, or from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your own negligence.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information displayed on the Platform where that inaccuracy resulted from a data feed error originating with a third-party provider.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 3333p's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Amendments and Termination

Amendments: 3333p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3333p will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a communication to the registered email address on file. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any unsettled wagers and subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your designated payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by 3333p: 3333p may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A regulatory requirement or legal obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access to certain individuals or categories of player.

Where an Account is closed by 3333p for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's payment method. Where closure follows a proven breach, 3333p may forfeit the Account balance at its discretion, subject to applicable legal constraints.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 3333p Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in the context of Bangladesh, to the extent they apply to the parties.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute or complaint arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 3333p support team at [email protected], providing full details of the matter including your account username, the relevant dates and transaction references, and a clear description of the issue. 3333p aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 BST business hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 BST business days.

3333p's decision following an internal dispute resolution process will be communicated in writing to your registered email address. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution channel available to you in Bangladesh.

You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be brought in the courts or forums that have jurisdiction over the matter, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction for the purposes of any such proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
